Should you order an incorrect size we will happily give an exchange, upon receipt of the goods.

Goods should be returned by recorder delivery. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Postage is to be paid by you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please use our contact form to e-mail us with full details of your order and reason for return. Return the item or items to us in its original condition with all tags attached within 7 days of receipt, 7 days commences the day after you receive the goods. (The so called cooling off period.) We will issue a refund on receipt of the goods minus delivery costs.

Yes Orange may refuse returned goods if we are not contacted within this time period.

Please note : When trying on clothing ensure that you are not wearing make - up or deodorant that may mark the clothing. Be careful with jewellery that may catch on delicate fabrics. We will not accept returns where there is evidence these guidelines have not been followed.
